Framework compliance should never be the goal of a team. Leverage a framework to learn or as a starting point if you’re unsure how to work as a team. Embrace continuous improvement activities to increase your effectiveness at value delivery. Being the best team ever at Scrum is not the goal. Becoming the best team you can be, regardless of framework, should be the goal.
