What exactly is an Agilist?

I personally define an Agilist as someone who is a proponent of Agile principles & values. But it’s more than just that. It’s understanding Lean and the associated values. It’s approaching product development problem solving in an agnostic way, not simply pushing frameworks and prescriptive solutions. An Agilist is happy to share knowledge with others and to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
